Maryland Crab Cake Recipe
This recipe will satisfy even the most persnickety Maryland native's taste buds.

Yield: 6-8 patties
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of crab meat
- 2 slices of white bread, ripped into pieces with no crusts.
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1½ tbs. milk
- 4 tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 tbs. mayonnaise
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for vegetable oil. Form medium-sized patties once it is thoroughly mixed. In a large skillet, heat the oil on medium heat and add patties 1 or 2 at a time. Cook them for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown. Enjoy!
